It’s 6:25AM you know where to find us … yup the west step of the Capitol. Our workouts are solid but our conversations are all over the place.
This morning as the group gathered everyone had already gotten in a few miles anywhere from 2-6 miles going into the workout, today we blasted through a runner’s body weight circuit that targeted the legs. Each movement was a pretty isolated movement that left everyone with some heavy legs … so what do we do with our heavy legs … close out the workout with a 1 mile run around the Capitol!
