We got 99 problems but a burpee ain’t one



At 6:25am we did an ode to Jay Z. After the crew gathered at the west steps of the Capitol, we made our way to the corner of 10th and N street for the workout. 

This mornings workout included a little bit of running as most of the group is in taper week for Sunday’s Shamrock’n Half Marathon. The heart of the workout involved 99 reps of 3 movements. 33 burpees, 33 squats and 33 push ups with a set being completed at the corner of 10th and N Street then another at the corner of 10th and L Street. 

There we had it 99 reps that would leave us screaming by the end. Then we closed it off with a 1 mile run around the Capitol.
