This morning the group gathered and dropped some knowledge of things we didn’t learn in high school history class … oh and we worked out too! 6:25AM came about and we were off to the IMAX from the west steps of the Capitol. This morning we welcomed a new face … DAN … HI DAN <— click here and follow him on Twitter…

Today’s morning smash was a high intensity interval workout … with 30 seconds for each movement and a 10 second transition repeated twice through followed by a 1/2 mile puke pace run. The intervals included:

Jumping Jacks
Wall Sit
Push up
Crunches
Step Up onto Chair
Squats
Tricep Dips
Plank
High Knees in Place
Lunge
Push up with rotation
Side Plank

 

After everything was completed the group was ready to start their weekend … HAVE A GREAT WEEKEND EVERYONE! See you next Wednesday morning.
