GET AFTER IT!

This morning the 9RUN6 group freaking GOT AFTER IT! With the typical 6:25AM meet up on the west steps of the Capitol, the crew welcomed back some familiar faces with Benny and Lisa rejoining us after some time off.

Today’s workout we pushed the tempo and challenged ourselves with a mixture of running (lots of it) and various body weight movements … The workout today called for the following:

1 minute easy run

1 minute steady run

1 minute push ups

2 minutes easy run

2 minutes steady run

1 minute squats

3 minutes easy run

3 minutes steady run

1 minute lunges

4 minutes easy run

4 minutes steady run

1 minute crunches

5 minutes pushing the tempo run

1 minute plank

cool down back to the west steps

We made some various running routes around the Capitol and made for a kick ass time!
