Putting the FAST in #breakFASTclub

The group got their gather on at 6:25AM and definitely put the FAST in #breakFASTclub this morning. The plan was warm up from the West Steps to the Memorial Auditorium on J Street. Upon arrival that is when the workout got GOOD!

Once we got to the corner of 15th and J Street, the group did a 20 minute fartlek workout. The workout consisted of 2 x 90 seconds, 4 x 60 seconds, 4 x 30 seconds and 4 x 15 seconds with equal times rest between each one. Each member of the group this morning absolutely crushed the workout!

With about 3 weeks out from Shamrock’n Half Marathon, which most members of 9RUN6 will be running, everyone is looking pretty sharp for those running their first half marathon or looking to PR that weekend!
