So 6:25AM rolls around and you know where you will find some awesome people of Sacramento … yup the west steps of the Capitol building. With common faces to the group this morning, it was time to get after it 9RUN6 style!
The morning workout included some varying movements including some jump rope actions, jumping jacks, lunges, squats, mountain climbers, push ups, and sit ups with the normal mixture of running before during and after the heart of the workout.
