Today workout was pretty fierce that’s why we call it #theBEAR. After all the hey what’s up, how is everyone doing, and other greetings took place it was time to do some work.
By the way we welcomed back Gary at today’s workout, it’s been a while, but he got called out on Facebook and came through to the workout. Now let’s see if he joins us again next week.
Back to the workout for this morning, it starts off with a nice 5 minute warm-up run, then goes right into the first of 3 sets. Set 1: 1 minute of jump ropes, 1 minute of high knees, 1 minute butt kickers, 1 minute jumping jacks, 20 burpees, then closed off by a 5 minute run. Then set 2 starts right away with 1 minute of jump ropes, 1 minute of high knees, 1 minute butt kickers, 1 minute jumping jacks, 10 push ups, 10 tricep dips then another 5 minute run before heading into set 3. After the legs are toast and the sweat is pouring set 3 challenges us a little bit more with 1 minute of jump ropes, 1 minute of high knees, 1 minute butt kickers, 1 minute jumping jacks, 1 minute mountain climbers, and 20 burpees before the 5 minute cool-down run.
Today’s workout was fierce but all 8 early morning risers stepped up to the challenge and conquered #theBEAR.
This morning we were also fortune enough to have some goodies to share with those working out. The friendly folks at BibRave.com and Hoist provided us with some hydrating beverages to help us through the workout.
