Don’t have time? … MAKE IT!

It is the last Monday of 2013, you are starting to think of all those goals or resolutions for 2014. As life starts to hit you in the face and things change your schedule or take you off that straight line path, keep in mind all the great people in history had the same time in their day as you do.

As you set your goals for 2014, make them achievable, measurable and most importantly worth working for.

My 3 running goals, in no particular order, for 2014 are:
  1.  Run 14 (marathons) in ’14
  2. Run 3,500 miles 
  3. Run a personal best in the marathon (Current best 3:09:25)
