Well it has been a while since my last blog post, nearly a month ago since I have logged any record on races, workouts and other running / fitness related items. From here on out it will be more like an every now and then posting rather than a weekly or monthly scheduled posting on the blog. Basically, the postings will come up before and after any big run rather than just the 5k races unless there is something big that happens that weekend in regards to the race such as PR or something special about any given race or run. I hope you guys that frequent the blog fairly often will still continue to check it every now and then. From a day to day stand point I will be logging workouts and notes on the Daily Mile website (http://www.dailymile.com/people/chrismalenab#ref=tophd) . So check it out and even build a profile of your own, it is an awesome network of runners, basically a Facebook for workout junkies!
