kicking back

Today is one of those rest and recovery days. So no workouts today, just some driving. I made the trip to Southern California, hopefully the weather for this weekend is much better down here than it is planned for in Sacramento. The long run scheduled for this weekend is 12 miles and assuming that the weather holds up nicely for running. I have done a number of runs in Southern California. since last summer and have had some good luck with the weather while going down there, granted most of the time I have gone down there has been Summer or early Fall. The only tough thing about getting the runs in in Southern California is sometimes having the stiff legs from the drive. Hopefully that won’t be the case of having tired legs from driving. Well I guess only time can tell and you can keep up by reading the blog tomorrow to see how the long run goes.
