After riding for 60 minutes yesterday, I was feeling good to finally hit the road today. The workout today was a pretty good run today as far as a workout comes about. For me it was a tough on in regards to my lungs really having to push through the runs and working so hard. My legs were a little weak but that was expected, my main concern is to get my lungs back to where they were. The workout for today had me do a 10 minute warm-up run, then 3 x 2000 meter runs with a 400 rest interval between each 2000 meter run. After the workout was a 10 minute cool-down run. I added more cardio by hoping on the trainer for 30 minutes.
To end of the night I decided that a little strength work would do me some good since it has been a week since I lifted any sort of weight. I capped of the workout day with the P90X Back and Biceps routine.
