Well there isn’t much new to report, as far as my workouts. I was hoping that today was going to be a cross training day that I could hop back onto the trainer and ride for a couple of hours, but that wasn’t the case. However I am starting to feel better and I think this virus is starting to push past me. Tomorrow is another cross training scheduled day before my speed workout on Tuesday. So I am hoping tomorrow I can get the immune system back and as close to 100% as possible so I can start getting ready for stepping up my training to be as fit as possible for my first run of 2011 in March.
