Yet another day where I had to miss a workout. Today was the one I was afraid of missing. My long run, 15 miles was scheduled for today. The tempo runs on Thursdays and my speed workouts on Tuesdays I can always make up with a couple miles after various runs, however to make up 15 miles is a tough one to do. I am hoping that this is the only long run I miss due to being sick. I am feeling much better, and just to get my legs back under me, I might ride the bike or swim a little longer to get muscle endurance back ASAP. So another day came and another workout missed today. I know missing a long run is a step back, but forcing a run when I am sick could do more damage than help. I hope to get back to the workouts in the next couple of days.
