Today was a scheduled day off, and I truly need it. It is about 3 and a half days that I have been battling these flu like symptoms and I need to just get healthy so I can get back to training. It has been a rough last few days since I have not been able to workout and it is just getting at me because as all of you know this is what I enjoy on a daily basis. The workouts aren’t only part of the training plan, but they get my day going, the blood flowing and the heart rate up. I am hoping this virus I am fighting passes soon so I don’t miss too many workouts.
