Today was a very short cross train, I tried to push a 30 minute ride on the bike, and it was a bit of a struggle. I am thinking this little virus that has hit me might be a little more serious than I initially thought. I am hoping that it passes through me pretty quickly. Not being able to give 100% in a workout is tough for me especially when it is due to illness. I am one who always wants to push through things knowing that we can achieve great things if we just say to yourself “Today I am going to go after it”. However when it comes to flu like symptoms, maybe it is best to just rest and call it a day.
