Today was another cross training day. Lately I have done a majority of the cross training in the water, but I opted to keep it simple and just ride the bike on the trainer. Wednesday I will try to jump into the pool and get things going again with about 1 month out from my first race of the 2011 running season. To keep it simple I just rode for 30 minutes today. Just to get the legs going and after a later arrival Sunday night after the Big Game and a lot of time on my legs over the course of the weekend I think a simple ride was a good thing to just get the legs moving but nothing too exhausting.
