Big Game Training


Today was a a cross training and a bit of a of a different routine for me. It was the “Big Game” and I was out of my normal workout space. However it still didn’t stop me from putting the same amount of work in for my workout. I did a cross training exercise for 30 minutes and followed it with some weights. The cross training was done on an elliptical trainer at the hotel fitness center I was staying at. After the cardio workout I did some weight training using 25 pound dumbbells that were also there. I performed a bicep, tricep, shoulder and back exercise and included push ups to get a little workout in post cardio. I hope you enjoyed the “Big Game” today and your team won.
