Saturday is on off day this week. Typically on the workout schedule or you regular blog followers today would be my long run day. But this weekend I had to change my long run day with my rest day. It does throw a couple of things off but next week should be back to normal. Or at least I hope to get the schedule back to normal. In any case I was able to enjoy a day off at the end of day and kick my legs up on the couch. In the end the amount of work was still the same for the week with just some alternated running days. Enjoy a day off some point this weekend.
