Today was one of those keep it on the land cross training days. First it was a simple 30 minutes on the trainer going at a pretty good pace with a cadence of about 90-95. Following the time on the trainer I did some strength work using the P90X chest and back routine. I did the quick version of the workout by skipping all of the warm-up and stretching routine. Also I do not wait for the timer to complete and once I am done or hit my max number I also push the forward button to keep the workout moving along, it ends up being a pretty quick workout with a lot of work in a short amount of time. If you usually do P90X try using this form and experience a whole new workout by just skipping some of the breaks! Hopefully I’ll be back in the water tomorrow.
