and the speed went…

Workout: 10 minute warmup run, 3 sets of 2×1200 meters with a 2 minute rest interval and 4 minute rest between sets. 10 minute jog to cool down. 45 minutes on the bike.


And the speed workout continued this morning with some 1200 meter intervals. I am not sure why, but my legs seemed a bit heavy today. A couple of things come to mind, my late cross training last night or my legs just being tired from this weekend walking around Disneyland. No matter the case I still felt pretty good with my runs. Tonight I will add in some strength work, probably doing some P90X with my buddy William.
