Pull, kick, swim!

Workout: cross training in the pool. 3 sets of 100 meters freestyle, 100 meters kick board and 100 meters pull buoy. A total of 900 meters.

With an early morning workout I felt great hitting the water. The workout with the freestyle, kickboard and pull buoy is starting to get comfortable for me. I am now getting through the workouts a little faster as my swim and rest times between the laps shorten and I get stronger in the water. I am going to have a fun cross training day tomorrow in a new location and I will post all about it tomorrow. Have a good Saturday!
