60 for the holiday

Workout: 60 minutes on the bike.

Since Christmas is tomorrow and a lot of eating will take place how about 60 on the bike to cross train. Tomorrow will be an off day as to spend time with the family, eat, drink, and be merry. Today I will be looking into a couple of gyms in the area to get some information about open pools to workout. I am hoping to find one so I can start incorporating some swimming into my cross training days. And on days I get really want to push it I can start doing some block training combining the swim, ride, and run as to possibly get a tri event in the near future.
