Running & Riding

Workout: 5 mile run and 30 minutes on the bike.

I’m really enjoying this routine of just running and riding as of late. I know it helped me post my best CIM time thus far, but it has also interested me in a tri. I want to start hitting the pool and then work my way up to a half triathlon. This is going to be a challenge. I have several goals for 2011 including qualifying for Boston which is atop my list. In 2012 I think the AR50 will be on there as well. So we will see where all my running and enjoyment for fitness takes me into 2011.
