Going 90

Workout: 90 minutes cross training on the bike.

Today I just kept on riding. Getting a fitness fix on the bike. Originally I thought I would be doing more core work and Plyometric work during this non schooled training time, but that hasn’t been the case. I think the bike and just runs will be what I do and once the first of the year rolls around then getting some other workouts will be part of it. So until then the bike will be my main focus and hopefully I will be riding on a road bike if I can muster up some money for a good road bike. Until I get to that point it will be me and my mountain bike on the trainer.
