Lots of cardio

Workout: 5 mile run and 60 minutes on the bike.

Today I decided to get a good cardio workout in during the morning. Tomorrow I will be venturing a new workout on a sports ball with Bethany at the gym. It should be interesting with the core work I hope to get in. Saturday will be a long run day with my new running club. Let’s hope the weather is good for a long run.
