workout: 60 minute sports ball / balance class at a local gym and 30 minutes on a spin bike.
Something that has not happened in a number of years just happened this morning. Bethany told me she was going to take a class at her gym and it sounded interesting and fun, so I joined in. I am one who typically dislikes the gym environment because of my previous work in a gym and myself training in a gym. Nowadays I prefer working out in my own home with my “gym” amongst my friends who pop in on occasion and for cardio either riding my bike or hitting the pavement. This morning that routine changed, I enjoyed using some weights and a balance ball. It wouldn’t be something I do everyday but mixing it in could be a good thing to get out of a routine on occasion.
