And I rode

Workout: 90 minutes on the bike.

Today I just rode, kept on riding. I felt good and decided why not just keep going. That’s how these next couple of weeks are going to be. I’m just going to keep riding and running. Well on my “long” run days I’ll just go the distance I feel good at. However I am going to limit my tempo runs to 4-6 miles on those days. The long runs will probably start being ran with my new running club I have recently joined. Hope your enjoying the holidays.
