Workout: 5 mile run, 15 minutes on the bike, and Insanity Cardio Power & Resistance.
Today was a good day to really push it. I needed my running fix and wanted to really just challenge myself so I did. Getting the urge this time of year is not a bad thing since it is holiday time. And with holiday time comes eating!!! So it’s okay to do a little more so when race prep time comes I can pull back.
