more cardio

Workout: 30 minutes on the bike and Insanity Pure Cardio.

Today was about just continuing to get more cardio so when I hit the road full time with a solid workout the cardio isn’t lost. While throwing in plyometirc work in my workouts consistently for the next couple of weeks that should also make sure my legs continue to get their work. Again when the training really starts I will have a good base fitness level going into my runs. I have decided during the time I am not on a full routine my runs will take place on Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays. Sundays will be my rest days.
