Workout: Insanity Plyometric Cradio Circuit and 40 minutes on the bike.
After my post yesterday I decided to hold back on the run and keep it for Monday. Getting myself a full week off from hitting the pavement is something good for me. I need to pull back for at least a week. Also it isn’t like I haven’t been working out, the workouts have been pretty intense and I am getting enough cardio for now on the bike.
