Workout: Insanity Pure Cardio and 30 minutes on the bike.
Today was about getting the heart and muscles really working out today. It was a good sweat and got the lungs opened up breathing hard. I think I am going to mix in a run tomorrow perhaps a 6-8 miler that is just relaxing and calm from a mental standpoint but still pushing the body to make it a solid workout. I have until March to get to a speed I want to again but there is a lot of work to do between now and then but won’t hit it really hard until January.
