workout: Insanity Cardio Power & Resistance
Well it is official I joined a running club to have a team to race with. For now I am going to keep it to myself and my running club until my first race. My first race might not be until March 2011, but there might be a 5k or 10k sooner than that. As far as workouts are concerned I am having fun with the Insanity program again, but will get back onto the running with a long run this weekend or starting to do some tempo or speed workouts next week.
