Recovery Day

Workout: 20 minute ride on the bike.

The day after the marathon and it’s back on the bike! Not to workout but to prevent my legs from being stiff and sore. After the 20 minute bike ride I go through a stretch routine that targets all of the major muscle groups. I hold each stretch for about 30 seconds each. I hope all of you that ran the CIM had a great time and enjoyed every moment of it.
