workout: 35 minute cross training on the bike.
Today is the last and final workout on the schedule before the CIM. I am feeling good and confident with the workouts and my game plan going into the CIM. Tomorrow will probably include a light jog or ride with a good stretch before I get my carb load on and watch my pre-marathon night movie. All of this will happen after the check in at the marathon expo in the morning. Again good luck to all of you taking part in the CIM this Sunday and thank you to all of you coming out to support all of the runners and a big thanks to those that make this event happen every year!
