workout: 25 minutes cross training on the bike.
Another day without a run, as it is a light week, but it is important to still get the legs moving a bit. Like always I just rode my bike. The bike to the right is the training bike I set up in my garage that has logged in a number of hours since I have changed my training routine. Tomorrow is a light running day with a 3 mile run. I am going to log these miles in early as possible to get that run similar to the start time of the CIM. As the days pass the CIM is getting closer and I am really looking forward to this run. Marathon number 7! I remember when I ran my first marathon in 2004, my goal was to just do one in my lifetime, my how that has changed as this is what I really enjoy doing!
