workout: cross training with Insanity Power Strength & Resistance.
Today was one of those lets go at it workouts. I know the CIM is Sunday, but today was just one of those days I wanted to go after it. The next days will be pretty easy and simple, the key is nothing new or over the top type of workouts. The next run isn’t until Thursday and that is only a 3 mile run, that will be my final official training run. I do anticipate getting a little jog in Saturday to get the legs loosened up and then a stretch just not to feel tight that night. My Friday and Saturday nights will be pretty simple, with carb loading and probably a viewing of “the spirit of the marathon” movie.
