And the 800s go

Workout: 10 minute warmup. 6×800 meters with 90 second rest interval between each run. 10 minute cool down.

The 800s today were a bit of a challenge I think due to the plyometrics from last night. However with that being said my runs were still good and I felt good. My legs just felt a little different. I am feeling good for my run this Saturday and even though it is a replacement for a training run it is still a race and that’s how I am going to approach it. Tomorrow will be a light day and doing packet pick ups for my 2 thanksgiving runs.
