Workout: cross training with Insanity Plyometric Cardio Circuit.
Today was one of those days a little extra workout and working out with someone goes a long way as far as changing up the workouts. Changing the environment to me helps tremendously with the mental side of working out keeping it fresh. My buddy Will and I have started working out 2-3 nights a week giving him a workout and also changing mine. If your kind of going through a cross training funk I would suggest changing it up or working out with some friends to help get you through this last month before the CIM.
