Workout: 5 mile run.

As the CIM gets closer I start to push the tempo a little bit to a level that my body feels good with. Today was a 5 mile run getting the run in to start to weekend and to start the 3 weeks of work before the taper week of the marathon. For those of you running the CIM and have made it to training at this point I wish all of you the best of luck and congrats on making it this far into training.
