Pure Cardio

Workout: cross train with Insanity Pure Cardio.

Today was a good 30 minute workout that got the heart rate up. I really think by switching it back to the insanity workouts I will find that extra burst I am looking for. I know it may seem to add more work to my workouts but really it isn’t because I’m not doing it all the time and I am not stacking multiple workouts in a single day like I have done in the past.
