Workout: 10 minute warmup. 3 x 2000 meters with a 400 meter rest interval between each. 10 minute cool down.
You want a little distance and a little bit of speed worked into one workout … Well here you go. Today was a good solid workout getting those 2000 meter runs in with some pace. Pushing yourself to that point where the legs start to feel heavy by the third 2000 is an amazing feeling.
