Workout: cross training with Insanity Plyometric Cardio Circuit DVD.
I thought I would mix it up today by throwing in a little Insanity workout. I haven’t done these workouts for a couple of months and thought why not mix in some of my favorite workouts on my non running days to throw in a little something extra. On occasion the bike does get a little boring so why not throw something in to spice up the workout every now and then. Now I won’t be doing the insanity workouts on running days especially leading into the CIM. So try it mix in some of your favorite workouts to get a little extra push when things become too routine.
