Cross Training Fun

Workout: cross training with Insanity Cardio Power & Resistance.

I think this is going to get me back some of that speed I have been missing in certain parts of my runs. However I know I am going to feel it in my calves for the next couple of days since I am throwing back some plyometrics into my workouts. However with the 26.2 just weeks away hitting the core muscles will assure me of those worries about my core in mile 20.
