Back to routine

Workout: 45 minutes cross training on the bike. 30 each : push-ups, pull-ups, chin-ups, over head shoulder press, bent over row, weighted crunches, weighted punches.

Getting ready for the CIM is what it is all about. I’m ready to tackle the 26.2 miles that I have never been happy with my results. I know I train well, the only thing that prevents me from a finish that I want is all mental.
