Rollin’ on 20s

Workout: 20 minutes cross training on the bike.

Today was just a simple workout, 20 minutes on the bike just to keep the legs moving along with getting a little of cardio work in. Then tomorrow I’m back to what I really enjoy … Speed workouts!!! But I do know I need to make sure I’m putting in the long miles as well to be able to push through the 26.2 miles which awaits just a little less than a month away!
