45 & 100s

Workout: 45 minutes cross training on the bike. 5 sets of 20 push-ups and 20 crunches.

Today was all about just getting a nice cardio ride in along with some simple strength exercises. I know some people dislike push-ups but I enjoy them even with some of the other basic workout exercises. This is day 2 of 3 on the bike and my speed workouts continue again on Thursday.
