Workout: 45 minute cross train on the bike.
Now that the Four Bridges is over it is time to work for the next one. Though I do have a 10k or 2 before December 5th, my next big run is the California International Marathon. My goal is not a certain time as to not pressure myself like I have since last season to qualify I just want to have a good time and finish. The next couple of days are fairly light and then it is going to be a good amount of miles put in for my long runs. I will also get back into putting core and other various workouts back into the routine.
