Round and Round we go

Workout: 40 minutes cross training on the bike. 10 pull-ups, 10 chin-ups, 10 push-ups, 10 overhead shoulder presses, 10 hammer curls; all exercises done 3 sets.

This Sunday is the Four Bridges Half Marathon which I am excited to run. The course will be a good challenge for me and like all of my runs and races since the SF Marathon I will go without my watch. Just focusing on how my body feels and letting each step be it’s own moment in the race. While many people locally will be running in Folsom this Sunday there will be a lot more people running the Athens Marathon in Greece. To those people making that travel, have a safe travel and good luck in the run.
