workout: 9 mile run.
Today was a just get the VFFs on and get the legs going. There are some moments, during the run today, where I told myself you need to slow down it’s race week. But I felt really good putting the 9 mile run in, things just felt like it should have been a race day! I know this weekend will be much tougher than the flat routes I normally run for training, but I know it will be enjoyable. All I am hoping for is light or no wind and light rain. The rain actually I do not mind, if there is wind it could make for a tough windy and hilly battle for 13.1 miles.
