Workout: 60 minutes cross training on the bike. 50 push-ups, 50 weighted punches each arm, 50 over head shoulder presses, 50 bicep dumbbell curls, 50 dumbbell hammer curls, 50 bent over rows.
Today is a cross training day which is replacing my run that I pushed onto for tomorrow. As I mentioned yesterday there is a little changing around in the schedule. The rain is moving in and that should make for some interesting runs over the next couple of days. I really enjoy the rain runs, the only exception to that is when the wind is kicking around. If you get a run in today enjoy it, and if it is your long run day… Get It!!!!!
